The Trullo consists of 5 magnificent cones, two of which are home to two double bedrooms with their own private bathroom. The Trullo also has a living room with a sofa bed and seating, a smaller living room with a chair bed, a large walk-in wardrobe and finally a bright, well-equipped kitchen.

The property overlooks the large garden enriched by 100 centuries-old olive trees typical of the Itria Valley and a private oval swimming pool with hydromassage and a splendid sea view.

Terms and Conditions

We require a minimum rental of 7 nights. However, we may be more flexible, especially outside the peak season.
Reservations can be done directly with us and are effective upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount. The remaining 70% will be due no later than 30 days before arrival. Payment can be done by bank transfer.

Additional Payment

Tourist tax correctly calculated based on the people who will stay in the accommodation
A security deposit of €300 is required to cover any major damage cost (Amount that will be refunded at the time of the check-out when there is no damage caused to the accommodation)

Cancellation

The Guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival (the 30% deposit will be refunded)
The Guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival
