The Villa

Villa Egnazia presents an elegant interior design characterized by a luminous living room, a contemporary kitchen with sleek lines, two well-appointed bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with twin beds—and a stylish bathroom.

The kitchen seamlessly connects to a furnished decked dining area through a doorway, providing a charming setting shaded by a majestic Carrubo tree adorned with lighting and offering views of the pool. The bright living room opens up to well-maintained lawns with seating arrangements, complemented by sun loungers. Notably, the outdoor space includes two additional shower facilities, one situated on the poolside terrace and the other in the backyard.

Starting from April 2025, the outdoor area has been further enhanced with a brand-new fully equipped outdoor bathroom near the swimming pool and a stunning shaded outdoor kitchen, perfect for al fresco dining. Additionally, the swimming pool has been completely renovated, offering a brand-new, pristine experience for guests.

Terms and Conditions

We require a minimum rental of 7 nights. However, we may be more flexible, especially outside the peak season.
Reservations can be done directly with us and are effective upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount. The remaining 70% will be due no later than 30 days before arrival. Payment can be done by bank transfer.

Additional Payment

Tourist tax correctly calculated based on the people who will stay in the accommodation
A security deposit of €300 is required to cover any major damage cost (Amount that will be refunded at the time of the check-out when there is no damage caused to the accommodation)

Cancellation

The Guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival (the 30% deposit will be refunded)
The Guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival
